Most reviewers now tell you half the plot as well.

I'll never forget the review of Life (sci fi turkey) I read that gave away a major character dying 20 mins in. The Prick that wrote that.

I'll check the score on RottenTom now and leave it at that.

checking the rating doesn’t help
much either. they only leave reviews if they love or hate it. nobody down the middle.

the lad who was on the right hook years ago was always a decent film
reviewer. philip (o’toole?) something. hard to read or listen to any reviews now.

my young fella wants to go and see sonic 3 and watched a trailer. ffs, the trailer was about five minutes long and basically gives the whole film away.

Civil War on Max.6/10. Not bad, the war scenes are well done and the characters are interesting. There is a lovely scene with the woods on fire while Morgan Freeman is dying. It passed the time on a Sunday evening.
