I note that some people mention that the deceased is survived by family members with their names however sometimes some of them is given a title Dr. or Fr. I know one family member whose sibling died recently is very upset as they are the only sibling without a title. They were also mentioned last in the condolences even though they were the middle child of the family. Talk of giving someone a kick in arse at this time of sorrow. Some people have no sensitivity.

Her issue shouldn’t be with RIP.ie, Whoever submitted the death notice would have worded it wrong.

Sounds like a family feud/falling out - RIP only put in what they are told to by the undertaker who in turn is guided by wishes of the family and gets approval of family member before sending notice for publishing.

Some of those death notices are sadly used as a stick to beat other family members with. It’s very sad to see people bring feuds this far.
