Need to get a new cheap lappy or tablet for home entertainment purposes. What are the main disadvantages of a tabby vs a lappy? Would streaming footy websites be a no-go for example? Any recommendations?
if that's all you're using it for vince i'd def go for a tab. if you need to do anything like create music, high end graphics, lots of word processing then a laptop might be the way to go.
you'll be grand if it's just facebook and emails. although being a serial bob poster might require one to have a laptop. you can get keyboard docks for tabs, hand while you're at home, in an office etc.
