Pubs reopening June 29th


Done correctly that place has the potential to be amazing. The local is absolutley fantastic - as long as they keep a lid on who's hanging around outside on the grass and on the benches.

That always annoyed me in summer when you'd have the Electric customers on the grass drinking their pints, which was illegal, and the winos next to them drinking cans, which was also illegal.

But when the Electric customers did it, it was grand

Jesus I remember bringing my kids to Frankies just after Covid and it was like the last of us. There's a laneway on the other side of the mall that seems to be a toilet, injection centre and sex locale all rolled into one..

If it’s anything like the rest of souless gafs this ‘group’ run they can keep it.

2mill for the building plus another ‘7 figures’ to do it up, I’d be expecting a pricey shit pint for that.
