Pubs reopening June 29th

That fanny had a half of Beamish. I've never seen any Irish male have a half pint in my entire life.
He is a fanny. He has a seriously bad manner about him. He was shifting around outside the Oval like he was up to something. To be honest I was about to throw hands cause he kept eyeballing me. He's a strange individual. He's probably harmless enough though just pure looking for notice.

A lovely village probably unique that it still has 4 licensed premises operating for most of the year, yet the nearest shop is a good five miles away.
Yes a beautiful location, was back there just a few weeks ago, the only one of the pubs open at luchtime was Tigh an t-Saorsaigh, I can recall how busy the village was with both pubs and shops open early in the day as the farmers went and returned from the creamery.

Could relate a lot of stories about the locality and the characters both locals and Islanders but better storytellers than me hopefully will record the folklore of the area.
