Pubs reopening June 29th

I've got three Glen Hansard stories, and while I have absolutely fuck all interest in his music, he is a genuinely great fella.

Did you ever watch the documentary about the time he went to Santiago de Compostella In a currach with a few fellas from connemara?

Genuinely one of the best craic things I've seen on telly

you might get it on the TG4 player it was up there for ages

Gravediggers in Glasnevin?

They’d have a constant trade because of the cemetery, tours etc. But it’s a small enough pub.. I couldn’t imagine them being anything like one of the biggest traders. The likes of the Palace on Camden Street would be big I’d say

Thought The Palace was on Fleet Street? One of the truly great pubs in dublin imho.

Yep it's on Fleet Street. And I totally agree with you, it is an absolute landmark. One of the very, very few pubs in Dublin City centre that I'd go for a pint in.

I had a pint with the Guinness Guru in there, facilitated by our fellow poster IPA. That was a great day.

Mulligans is one of the other spots I'd go into around once a year, but I prefer the Palace.
