I’ve never been to other voices but I’ve been told by hipster types that attend it regularly it’s basically one big orgy or possibly a number of smaller ones!

Are these rumours based in reality does anyone know? If so what date is it on next year?

Been there twice.

Definitely worth a trip if you've never been.

Stephen’s Day is the traditional day for Xmas drinks since before the licensing acts of the 1890s and acts of the earlier parts of the 20th century,each to their own mind.
A pint and a drop was typical ,
Still is in many places ,in particular the finer racing pubs ,
I get the logic of a publican going earlier these days as half his customers maybe either q ing for the Harvey Norman “Boxing Day “ sale ,and the other half are on the bag wandering around in their pyjamas trying the shops for Mayonaise and batteries ,
But Stephen’s Day early Xmas pints on the prop is sacred ,
None of this we are open at 6 bollix
