Pubs reopening June 29th

They are called a chalice. But really beer glasses.

Only 2 or 3 available in Ireland on eBay, and they are not the correct ones.

Not worth getting them outside Ireland as the p&p is fookin ridiculous.
They have some of those European beer gift sets in the off licence store on North main street. Nice tulip glasses come with some of them.

Been meaning to have a few afternoon weekday pints in town for ages but been so busy this year I’m only now getting around to it.

Had a bit of surgery on my gammy knee last week so I’m off till the end of week so feeling better today so went for a small stroll a few creamy pints around town, very much enjoyed meeting the characters of Cork and American tourists.

Some nice totti about too

I'd love to do that some day, work stops me midweek but even for Cork Games going out at 2pm etc going drinking before 6/7 o clock just feels strange.

Kind of a guilty pleasure when you're on a day off, or even a halfa and having a pint in the middle of the day when others are out working. Can't bate a half day and a JBO somewhere around town

I'll give it a try some day alright head in for late lunch around 2ish and have a few, places that would draw me in is any place with a window or outdoor area and just watch the world go by, any pub on Oliver Plunkett street, Le Chateau on Patricks Street, McCurtain street, they'd be prime areas.

Then the likes of Washington street.
