Speaking of which I took herself out for a few well earned drinks last week and we had a few in the fountain, lovely bar, I really like the back section, very comfortable and relaxing, I’ll be back

Saturdays are after getting very busy. There'd be nobody in the pub all week and then Saturday comes along and you can barely get in the front door.

I was in Fredz earlier and it was jointed, they did very well out of that Comic Con thing in Marina Market, plus they had a sold out gig upstairs.

Over to the Hyde Out then and it's uncomfortably busy for the second Saturday in a row. The Gables then is as busy as it gets, but the Munster match helps a bit.

I dunno. The trade is in a crisis mode apparently, but Saturdays are flying it.

October is a good boozing month in fairness, colleges are back and it breaths a bit of life into the city for a few weeks
