Pubs reopening June 29th

Making a voyage up to Dublin to sample their new Clockwork stout, wish me luck chaps.

I'd be interested to try it to see what its like.. strangely enough though the alternative to Guinness has always been there but never marketed properly - just get yourself a decent pint of Beamish, far better pint than Guinness anyway and has all of those lovely, deeper, coffee flavours that the other stouts are attempting to push. Mmmmmm, I love Beamish :)

Is Clockwork going to be served in that glass with the handle.. like a tankard?

Yes I believe the goods will be served in a tankard. Fully agree with you Honka, nectar like Beamish really should be pushed more but those vulturous hures would rather pour their money into other aul shite instead of a virtuoso of a stout such as Beamish.

Beamish is the king, no doubt about it

The nicest stout I've had outside of the obvious 3 is O Haras Leann Follain, but you wouldn't be drinking a lot of it!
