There are much healthier ways of loading up on protein than eating ultra processed candy bars.

Buy a half dozen eggs ffs.

Healthy protein sources. 💪

Lean Meats & Poultry: Chicken breast (\(\approx 27\text{g}/100\text{g}\)), turkey, lean beef, pork loin.

Fish & Seafood: Salmon (\(\approx 25\text{g}/100\text{g}\)), tuna, shrimp, mackerel, cod.

Dairy Products: Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, milk, hard cheeses.

Legumes (Beans & Pulses): Lentils, chickpeas, black beans, kidney beans.

Soy Products: Tofu, tempeh, edamame, soy milk.Nuts & Seeds: Almonds, peanuts, chia seeds, flaxseed, walnuts, sunflower seeds.

Buy a bunch of bananas ffs.
I admit they're ultra processed but protein in bananas? Are you alright in the head? You'd need to eat 20 bananas to get the same protein as a bar.

They're just a nice treat and they're certainly better for you than a Mars bar.

What if I eat all them as well? Surely I can also indulge in a protein bar?
