Not sure if thats correct think gaa only changed format for all ireland final ie it goes to a replay .as far as I know with short season there are no replays of provincial deciders .

grand tks. Ah the pens comment was only a throwback to last year , dramatic but not a great way to decide games imo. Thankfully not used for all ireland finals
