Was just going to ask how about this, is it pretty straightforward?
The OH is away out with work on Friday so I was thinking of picking the game up today, downloading the Option File and doing the leg work tonight and lash into it on the Friday.

I wouldn't be bothered with online that much due to the PSG, Barca and Real Madrid hoggers, it's brilliant when you find someone willing to move away from those 3.

It's simple on the ps3 anyway, I downloaded this file

Once downloaded you unzip the file.

There should then be a folder named ps3 put it on a usb, on your ps3 go to saved data utility which is above where the game disc will show iirc, click that your usb will show up, enter the usb then simply copy all files, it'll ask you to overwrite current files, click that and the option file installs fairly quickly.

There should be youtube guides on doing it on the xbox 360 and one also, should be pretty similar though if the files copy on as quickly as they do on the ps3 I'm not to sure.

By the way there may be newer option files than the one I got with more stuff, but as I mentioned from looking at it arsenal, chelski, Liverpool and Manchester city's jerseys are correct with proper crests and club name, the other premier league teams are all named correctly also, haven't checked their jersey's but I'd say they are done also.

Argentina also there kit is now corrected.

I don't see what more you'd need ? as the Spanish club's, Italian and French are all correct.

There was a data pack released the other day, keeper's seem a bit livelier alright from the game I had last night, I think you need to dowload the data pack manually ? well I did anyway, it's over on the update's section of the menu screen.

Yep will get to that next, keepers are dodgy in mine so definitely need a fix.
Took a few hours to sort the kits and all that, missing the everton emblem but I'm not Del so I'm not bothered!
Really impressed with it though, I noticed improvements in 15 but this pushed on even further now.
