Simply put, this book is miscategorised in Irish libraries. It is wildly age inappropriate and should be moved to the adult collection. A lot of libraries have already done this and I fully expect the rest to get in line soon enough.

Most rational people accept that the text is inappropriate for 12 year olds, this one really is black and white, the book is an ideological minefield and it would require a more mature mind than that of even a very clued in young teenager to be able to navigate through it.

Even the sample on Amazon shows how agenda driven the book is, aside from it's graphic nature.

Theres no way any sane person could defend such degeneracy being put in front of children. 10 years ago, we could have all agreed on certain red lines but in the last three of four years these lines have been blurred.
