It must be the easiest cushiest job in politics. How could you be a bad president?

i dont see why we shouldnt have one tbh. all about the image of the country and a handy place to go if your another president for a cup of barrys tea when you stop off in dublin.

Thats fair enough. But being a "great" president is a meaningless statement imo. You'd have to be some Dah to be a bad one

you could say the same about the dail. far too many elected officials compared to our size. britain has 10 times our population but only 3 times the elected number of MPs. think of how much money we would save if thats your barometer of the presidency
