The locals are incomprehensible. Plus it’s basically one big fucking hill that is a mile long and leaves you feeling like you need a new lung after walking.

Have to agree with Edinburgh. Lot odf people rave about it. Benn there a few times - meh!! ALways freezing there too, whatever the time of year!
Other two cities are grand - nothing special but hardly hold themselves out to be major tourist destinations either tbf!!

Lanzarote ticks lot of boxes if you have couple of smallies in tow. Unlike say Algarve or some resorts in Majorca or Costa Del Sol, no big inclines from beach to street level. Cant't understand folk like PJ Coogan of 96fm who rave about it and make it their destination of choice, year in, year out though!!
