Pope Francis has made a pilgrimage of penance to Canada today to call for forgiveness about the abuse that went on in the churches against the indigenous people, he is being warmly received. From the 19th century or around that time, 1880's to the end of the 20th century shocking abuses took place in the Catholic church similar to what happened elsewhere around the world but in this case unique to the indengenous people's. Wish him all the best in his trip.
