Places that won't reopen

used go in there a lot for brekkies, then they got rid of actual menues and made you try to read a menu off some fucking app or instagram or something stoopid

never went back

real good location though, no doubt someone else will have a go off it

I don't know, that premises left vacant by Wagamama/Captain America next door is still vacant.

I was never in Brick Lane, it always seemed a bit too fancy. The types sitting outside never made me want to go into the place

BL never once struck me as being 'fancy', only had a pint there once or twice but used eat there a lot

There's a picture doing the rounds of the wagamamma unit getting stock delivered to it. Not sure if it's coming back to life or if it's always in use as a dark kitchen..

I think if wagamamma came back again it would be a success. They had serious competition at the time they closed by all these street food places that opened but most have come and gone since

never thought too much of the wagamama food but if yamamori opened i'd be in there like a shot for the beef teriyaki, love it

If I could bring back one Cork business it'd be Captain Americas. That was our go to for everything from birthdays to casual Monday night rules. Nothing special but it was perfectly priced and nice and casual.

I'd say the one in Dublin doesn't have much gas left in the tank, I must get in there again sometime soon
