Didn't his mum only pass away a week or two ago? I'd presume that's why he's still missing.

Yeah - she passed away soon after Christmas holidays. He'd been back on air since for couple of weeks though.

Kids are grown up now -he'd be dead right to head away for bit of a break from this weather. I'd say once kids are past leaving cert stage, we'll never holiday in July-August again. More expensive, crowded and you're missing the best of the Irish summer (in theory anyway)!!

No idea if he is/was back on air.

I don't listen to the radio mostly... Maybe a bit of CUH FM the odd morning. That would be it.
