Not for long. There'll soon be the sound of stomping around attic spaces and suitcases being dragged downstairs as Peej looks for his favourite San Miguel cap and "Mayo for Sam" t-shirt in advance of forthcoming luxury trip to the sun!!
South County regulars will be steeling themselves for PJ telling them "I'll be getting this for €2.50 next month lads" as he downs yet another pint!!
