I was reading an article (online) about the migration of millennials back to physical media (from streaming to 4K Blu Ray discs).
Apparently it's in line with the rise of the "Film Bro".
And then blood poured from my ears.
I still buy the odd Blu Ray but, like my vinyl record purchases, it's usually something that I have seen/heard previously and enjoyed so much that I am willing to pay for and allow it to take up space in my house. Years ago, I'd buy a VHS/DVD on spec with the hope that a film was good.
i used to buy mojo magazine fairly regularly but it just became ridiculously repetitive.Id say magazines have had their day tbh.
Used get one or two monthly or on a train journey etc. Now youd just check your phone

I was trying to get a magazine recently and ended up having to call a place in Waterford for it.
The only place in town to buy a magazine now is Easons, and their magazine section is absolute shite
