My father got oil the heating tank filled about a month ago, it cost just under 500, he priced the same fill during the week out of interest and it’s coming in at 830

Chances are some of the local suppliers in Cork get their supply straight from Whitegate. 30-40% of our supply of home heating oil nationally(depending on what source you take) comes from that refinery. Why is the price of that oil suddenly 75% higher?
