So Im after receiving a fine through the door for speeding when it was actually my misses driving , Im the registered owner of the car but have my own company car supplied and insure by the company I work for.
Would it be better for me to claim the points instead of her?

Actually thinking about it may have been my brother in law who lives in America!

Simply claim it was stolen at the time (since returned) by an international crime cartell. Make a retrospective report to the gardai. Put some bullet holes in it beforehand.
