The heat is fecking awful now. There is sweat running down the boreen of my hole as I type. Though Malaga or by the coast could be more forgiving.

I'm in Granada. I was in Ireland last week and was glad of the break from the heat. I noticed on Tues when I landed back in Malaga, there was a nice breeze in the shade. I'm getting a bit browned off with the Granada summers to be honest, but the missus is from here, so I'll have to tread carefully!

Sevilla, Cordoba and Granada are hell in the summer. Málaga, being right next to the Med, does normally get as hot. "Terral" is nasty here though but thankfully it doesn't happen that often Cri.
If you don't mind me asking, what do you work at and how long have you been living in Granada.
It's a city that I like visiting in autumn and winter. Good atmosphere and traditional bars there.

I've been here properly since just after Covid. I was over and back before that every month or so, as I was working for an Irish company and they wanted me in the office every now and then. I work in "digital morketing", essentially online billy bullshit!
