Idiot parks overnight in expensive car park so we must fill the city with cars and parking?

Dan Dan cannot name a single pedestrianised street in the city that its traders want to go back to traffic and car storage.

This thread has a reek of the good folks from Blackrock on Twitter who spend their weekends taking photos of cars around Pairc UI Chaoimh and moaning at the GAA on the internet.

Living in the most well off area of the city next to a park costing millions and still moan.
They are lucky they weren't around the marina in my time or they may have exploded.

Folks on here moaning about car access to any area that was walled off to the public the last 50 years.
Was reading that book on the history of Blackrock by O'Drisceoll and turns out even in the 1800s the local residents were up in arms complaining about developments down there - even with the beneficial rail link, and insisted that further infrastructure including an extra bridge be put in place to facilitate the locals.

Brilliant the way they were able to get the curvature in the street in just 20 years. It must have been all those high-tensioned hawsers cleverly camouflaged with the bunting
