If (when) the company is sold , it will be done with the provision that Vince will be back as CEO and head of creative again.

Vince wants to be back in charge again and not to have to report to anyone. He wont be the owner but will be the most senior person in management.

Terrible stuff, the Briscoe Brothers were consistently great over the last 21 years.
