Haven't been to City all season but have watched some matches online and obviously read match reports. Had zero expectations bringing the kids tonight therefore. But credit where its due, they were super. Played good stuff and had a great attitude throughout. Far the better team in normal time and would have been a travesty if they had lost 1-0.
Hopefully tonight proves the start of something. Really held their own with, and played better football than, a team near the top of the Premier. Hard to believe they wouldn't walk to promotion if they played like this every week. Keep it up and they will next year.
Well done all round, great night out with the kids. And the 95th minute equaliser was a joy!
