Why don’t i see this fight as the “classic” it’s made out to be ?
More entertaining then a classic tbf.
Two evenly enough matched boxers who don't like each other gave us plenty of ohhs and ahhs and the champion was even lucky to make it to the end of one of the earlier rounds. Then it ended up with a knockout in the 11th round. What's not to like.

It was packed full of incident and could have gone either way in the 3rd and 4th.

Heavyweight boxing has been in the doldrums with years.

Wilder/Fury has provided the kind of draw the sport needed.

Agree. Plenty of drama, plenty of bravery (from Wilder), both fighters put on their arses more than once and a late knock-out.

Not a stylistic fight for the ages, but certainly worth staying/getting up for.
