The cops don't come across as being absolute arseholes, they did check on him and his health, note the female cop saying his pupils aren't dilating.

Note he was put in the recovery position and they checked multiple times for evidence of stab wounds. They probably should have been more thorough but it's not like he was saying that whole a cop had his knee on his neck.

If you actually watch the video, once the cuffs are on (about a minute in), multiple police officers are checking how he is, asking him where he's been stabbed, checking for wounds, testing responses and ends with them calling an ambulance within 2 minutes of seeing him lying behind the car, with the mates of the stabber feeding them bullshit.


In contrast, Derek Chauvin kneeled on George Floyd's neck for 9 minutes.
