It's been unlivable there for years.

Fellas on 200k per year, and out of money at the middle of every month.

Sure your rent could easily be $5000 , $3100 for daycare for one child, you could be clearing $11k per month and still struggling to feed and clothe yourself.

If you've got a rent controlled apartment, you're on the pigs back honestly, but it's really difficult to make your way there.
