Silwa was arrested 75 times by NYPD… lost heavily to Adams in last mayoral election and now running again. Mamdani is odds on favorite to win….Gavin Newsome looks like succeeding in gerrymandering in California, and looking forward to a big night for Democrats. Must be NY, NY… so good they named it twice. Seriously though, although the city business wide is booming and crime is down, affordability is a real issue. Rentals are about 4000$ a month for a 1 bedroom, and the real issue is a pint of plain in a Manhattan pub, will set you back 12$ plus tip… not an imperial pint either!

Chuck is under pressure from the left wing of the Democratic Party . He will soon most likely be challenged by AOC for his senate seat. Mamdani is the new face of the Democratic Party and has the endorsement of AOC, Sanders, Booker etc
