WRT to this, I'd say to should down to the ATM machine, put in your PIN number, get out some cash and drive yourself, in your SUV vehicle, down to the tax office and explain the situation to them, if you need to renew your tax disc.

I'm not sure that ATS sham will like this.

Yup, I applied 6 weeks ago, October for me! So I go around with letter on front of dash and haven't been stopped yet.
