It sold for €160k in 2011, looks like a lot of work has gone into it since but I'm wondering why the new owners sold it on again.

They may have had kids going to college and only planned to stay a few years or something like that I suppose.
It got me thinking do you do up a house to your own taste or with a view to selling it on in the future.
You're never sure how life unfolds like.
