Got my palace for a little more back in 2018, a local nightcrawler values it at £680k, so in real terms, they've gone down quite a bit round 'ere.

I think prices going down is long overdue tbh.

I was looking at gaffs in London there, as a friend is trying to buy, houses specifically look like they've actualy dropped in price.

This is great news tbh, taking the speculation out of the market gives young people a chance.

Looking to upgrade, current gaff's price is irrelevant, important thing is difference between here and where we're looking to move to. That gap looks like it's closing in this area.
