I can second that, and have been using them for over a decade, and again not cheap but you get a prompt response, and if there's any issue, they'll stand over it. Edit : Just to add, I know them for a lot longer than that.

Id bet money the architect mostly does commercial property. externally has the look of an office or a school. nice pool tbf. i wouldnt fancy hoovering 7000sq ft.
