Can anyone answer this, big split in the inlaws family, One Brother claiming rights to a site on land promised by his late Father 30 years later, has he any rights. It's for his son.

Up date on Dispute, Landowner Son has agreed to site and planning on the paper his Wife and family knew nothing about it can Wife stop the transfer. Big split in the whole family.

I am in Granada and they are not exactly cheap here. Granada is not Malaga though. A much smaller place.

I had an absolutely brilliant time in Granada last year after wanting to go there ever since I started listening The Clash 30-odd years ago.

It really lived up to my expectations.

July and August are horrible in Granada. WAY too hot. I try to get back to Ireland then to see the folks etc. in the summer. But last year when I went back, there was a heatwave in Ireland, which is nearly worse, as it's humid and the houses keep the heat in! We have been looking at apartments/houses in Granada out of curiosity and they're pricey enough compared to other places in Spain that I think are nicer.
I'm away now to listen to Landers on the Irish Examiner GAA podcast to remind of what I am missing!

I was there in February/March - it was busy enough still but the weather was perfect (for a gringo).

Yeah, Feb March is usually good. There was a lot of rain the last month or so by southern Spanish standards.
