Hard disagree, this is basically yer wants argument.

The minimum is to be entertaining and insightful.

You need to be able to provide and articulate positions on the game that are relevant and not entirely obvious to experienced audiences.

I wouldn't be too certain of her football knowledge. Say it's top notch (I don't think it is), people don't want to work regularly with someone as difficult as her.

There's a lot of football on TV and should be plenty of work for a good pundit, but would you really want to work with her knowing she will throw you under the bus if it doesn't go her way all the time.

You see someone as spikey on screen as Roy Keane, yet he seems to be well liked behind the scenes by his colleagues.

She's ruined her own chances of getting more work with this nonsense. People don't want to deal with her bullshit. 100% her own doing.
