I think that's a issue, people who call out bad punditry by women or people of colour are tarred that way. My attitude to punditry is very simple, to do punditry on a sport, the minimum is to have played the game. There are brutal male pundits that get called out
Women football is miles from the male game, same for womens rugby, camoige isn't hurling etc. Pundits should stay in their own lane, sports they have played. Broadcasters shouldn't be pressurised by gender quotas.
