MMA in Cork

Theres a place behind Mahon Community Centre that do Kickboxing for an hour then Taekwon - Do for an hour straight after on mondays and thursdays from 7 to 9, your mans number is 086 3583878, I'm starting myself thursday, I reckon its best before going to full MMA classes.

lol, very true. its right next door to the suit distributors, signs will be up as well and we will have a large sign over the building. our number is 0214840627 and you can join theboxingclinic on facebook for news and updates. we will also be running comps on red fm and will be in the echo as well as doing a 15000 flyering campaign. we will not be hard to find. see you there
 
very inexpensive actually. black membership which entitles you to 2 classes a week is only 55 euro per month. silver card membership which entitles you to 4 classes a week is only 75 per month and gold card membership which entitles you to unlimited classes every week is only 95 per week, massive savings on pay as you go
