Chunky ChipsTotally different - the underage intercounty championship is far more truncated that senior I/C for obvious reasons - overlapping club season, exams, holidays.
It would have to be an either/or situation and there’s no way Waterford or any other county would happily bow out of the Munster championship in order to play in a B competition.

Disappointing and somewhat concerning to see only 3 West Cork men in the starting 15.
