Men Dyeing Their Hair

This is it, kind of.

There's very little pressure on men, generally, to do the whole high level grooming thing. Certainly not traditionally. No man is getting lower pay, or ignored in meetings, because he's going grey or not wearing heels (certain businesses excepted, of course.) Obviously it's great that people are free to look after themselves and make themselves feel good by looking good but there's a bit of wonderment at why anyone would purposefully buy into that extremely expensive and mentally taxing rat race.

Of course the dream is to have male grooming standards but your own pair of boobs to play with. Smelly and Sexy! Best of both worlds!!!
Really? Does that happen in people's jobs? So what businesses you think that happens? Genuinely curious btw. Because I wouldn't have thought that myself in this day and age.

Shur, look at the objectification of women on this here bored. Do you really think that stops once you get into a workplace? I'd wager most of the feens here are working, and some are in positions of power.

Not sure I would consider the behaviour on here to always reflect how they behave in real life. Certainly not in the work place. They wouldn't get away with it. Not too much anyway. I could be wrong of course.

But I see working women with grey hair and no high heels all the time. Not that most women have their hair coloured alright tbf. But I couldn't see that being the reason they got the job. Doesn't make sense to me. There's criteria to account to wouldn't you think.

Again I could be wrong. Attractive people I guess may well have an advantage. But if a woman knows her job and is good at it, get things done, I doubt grey hair is going to have being ignored in her job. Just my opinion.

And you know maybe most men aren't that shallow tbf.

All the Proc men are though..... clearly! 😜

Most women dye their hair regularly.

Most men don't.

Maybe more fellas would do it if they knew they wouldn't get awful stick over it.
Im gone grey as a badger. Doesn't really bother me
Yeah I like my grey, it's going the near platinum level.
Some guys don't. I think a lot more would dye if
A/ The dyes weren't shit bootblack colour
B/ People just let them be

It's seems to be becoming more prevalent in Irish society for men to dye their hair. There is Plastic Sheeting, that guy on Prime Time, Marty and then you have the likes of Liam Neeson.

Personally I would never do it, what are the thoughts of the greying multitudes of the Proc??
Marty Whelan was at it & let it go back natural - probably for the best

There’s a few lads I know & it’d take decades off them — not to go black, that’s ridiculous — maybe dark grey instead of the ghostly grey they have at the minute

Grey suits some people though- 🐎 for courses

A fella I work with went to Turkey for a hair transplant recently, holy shit he looks a million bucks since and is absolutely delighted with the outcome.

Not something I’d do personally even if I was balding but fair play to anyone that goes for it and feels better about themselves as a result
