This fucking council man, they're unbelievably incompetent.
They're great at spending money on big things, but if anyone actually needs something done, like, unlocking toilets, or god forbid, cleaning them, then it's a no-go.
Same for painting things, like a man walking around 5 days a week with a bucket of paint could make an enormous difference to the city, no chance like, like things really aren't maintained.
Surely there should be a parks dept, that, you know, open and close the parks, and the toilets within?
