They would have to sign the ticket. You could then get a legal agreement in place that by signing the ticket they would get X amount.

Do not under no circumstances let anyone else sign the ticket. They could sue you for a larger share, it has happened already

Put a legal agreement in place before they sign the ticket. Otherwise any money given to family over a certain threshold will be taxed.
