I started a gratitude journal. A few other people seem to do it as well. It's nice to just sit and think of the good stuff.
And if you remember those old loyalty cards before everything went dijital where they'd stamp your card there's a few places online that have those stamps in the shape of pint. About €60 for one. I'll leave my gratitude entries alone for a few weeks and when I read back, if it's still something I think I'm thankful for, I'll shtamp it with a pint, officially endorsed, and when I collect ten gratitudes go for a hape of pints.
