Not bad, it's dropped again after the highs of the last warm spell but still about 12/13 degrees I'd say

Walked 4.5 miles today. I've been struggling with the steps the last week so I feel a bit better now. The warm weather helps the joints as well. Am hoping to keep this up

There’s this wan I work with who finds any excuse to have an aul whinge and make sarcastic comments. The fella I sit next to on Mondays and I usually have a catchup about the weekends sport when I get in.

Anyway your wan says to me this morning ‘you sound like Marty Morrissey and sure poor Mick (name changed) is too scared to tell you to shut up’.

Without thinking I replied ‘we’re having a quick conversation not launching a podcast’ and walked away.

I’ll be waiting the next time she talks about shite like the Eurovision.

Exercising. I don’t think I’ve ever exercised and thought afterwards, what a waste of time that was. The hardest battle as always is getting off the couch.
