Little things that are immensely satisfying

What kind of smartwatch have you? I only managed 8,200 so far but I was in bed very late. It never rained on me, thankfully
Fitbit.
Wow that's impressive, my record is 31000 steps, half marathon and a long walk with the dog, I was going to skip the walk but he kept staring at me
This was an organised walk. Part of St Declan's way, from Mount Mellary to Lismore. Tis easy enough to keep going when there are guides pointing the way and handing out water!

Again 8200 is good, it represents a reduction in risk factors for all cause mortality (adjusted Hazard risk) in females under the age of 70 by 62%

you are 62% less likely to die from heart diesease or other similar illnesses than a person walking 3143 steps per day, the Risks continue to decrease if you keep going up to 14 or 15k but the slope of the line us less steep

Was driving home this evening and spotted a gap in traffic to change lanes left by a bus driver who didn’t want to stop in a yellow box. I changed lanes and moved in front of the bus without blocking the yellow box.

The bus driver lost the plot and started beeping and flashing his lights at me. His anger and frustration made me quite happy.
