Spuds, onions,peas,white turnips

Love my own bit of growing too,allotment place where I grow veg,spuds onions kale garlic brocoli and sprouts all on the way ,peas and carrots to be set soon too.
Great for the body and the mind ,I go up there and just tune out ,it's the place I feel content.

Cooked the Aldi Black Angus Rib Roast Beef on the bone today. Was 28 euro but got 30% off. 1.68kg

Marinated it with sea salt, black pepper olive oil, onion powder, garlic and a little chipotle seasoning.

Browned it on the BBQ first, then put it into the roasting dish with water under the rack, covered it with foil and into the oven for about 2 hours. That was an amazing piece of beef
