I'm a week gluten free now. I'm a bit better and I've not been told I can't have it but it's definitely made a difference. There's hot dogs in the fridge I can't eat though. I haven't had Supermacs in a year or Maccy Ds in 3 years.

God i can't remember the last time i had a supermacs. Far nicer than mcdonald's imo.

You could always get a pulley for that sort of thing, if she’s worried about a hard landing. They’re quite cheap and I’ve used them for years when I or someone else had to move from an upper story apartment.
