Good site back in the day.

There was a couple of regular posters on there from Limerick who were in constant state of anguish/anger re their hurling team. They had all the stories re the drinking culture that pervaded the squad in the noughties when the talent that was there from their 3 in a row AI u21 titles never pushed on at senior level.
The site closed down before they could wallow in their recent success.

And a Dubliner who was predicting they would win the All ireland by 2014 and was the most opinionated man i ever encountered. Argues with himself

There was fierce meltdown after a highly-fancied Limerick team went out after conceding 4 goals to a team of Wexford underdogs in 2001. AFR was a no-go area for a week or two
