I'm all for helping people and that, but jesus like, could we not put people who live work and contribute here first, at least some of the time?

We never had a homeless problem in this country before 2011. What we had were people who were homeless through drug, alcohol addiction and other traumas.

Same as most other country's. I'm fairly sure the figure in 2011 was around the 3,500 mark. Now it's 15000. Which is a 450 % increase in 14 years if my shit maths are right.

Now we have couples with 2 incomes who are homeless because there's not enough supply
